Don't Look Back - By Jennifer L. Armentrout

Don't Look BackDon't Look Back by Jennifer L. Armentrout
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This is one of those special books that you keep on your shelves for a long time

Don't Look Back is exciting, fast paced, gritty, sometimes a little frustrating but it had me hooked from the very first chapter

I am a huge fan of Jennifer L. Armentrout and I have had this book in my wish list for the past 6 months waiting for release, and I have to say I wasn't disappointing

It was refreshing to see a leading male who wasn't an arrogant ass!!

i highly recommend this book with teenage angst, memory loss, romance and a potential murderer on the loose whats not to love

Hardwired - By Meredith Wild

Hardwired (Hacker, #1)Hardwired by Meredith Wild
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

What happens when you put two attractive, career driven control freaks with troubled pasts..... panty combusting chemistry that's what!!

The two main character's, Blake and Erica, really work well together when they shouldn't. They are both stubborn and pig headed, determined to get their own way but their obsession with each other is stronger than anything that can tear them apart.

This book has so many twist and turns that it will keep you riveted from the start, I highly recommend this book

Bad for You - By Abbi Glines

Bad for You (Sea Breeze, #7)Bad for You by Abbi Glines
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Well Abbi Glines has done it again by writing a book that made me cry my eyes out!! I loved this book, and Abbi's writing style really captures Blythe's emotions and vulnerabilities making you feel everything!

What can I say about Krit.....
He's cocky, arrogant, extremely possessive but sexy as hell *swoon*
I think he is one of Abbi's better leading males excluding Rush (in my opinion)

I would love if there was a second book as I just enjoyed Krit and Blythe's story so much.

Although this is part of the Sea Breeze series, it can be read as a stand alone book which i highly recommend (just have tissues at the ready)

My Determined Demon by Nikita Jakz & Alicia Dawn

My Demon Determined (My Demon Trilogy, #2)My Demon Determined by Alicia Dawn
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I have just finished reading this book and I have to say I really enjoyed it

It is such a sweet and innocent love story but with very kinky actions.

This is the perfect quick read romance, it has everything you need in it from some serious sexually charged romance to nail biting action.

I did find Sera a little cheesy at times but the chemistry between the characters was great.

This is the 2nd book in the series, so I would definately recommend reading the first book first.

I would definately recommend this book and can't wait to read the next as this was left on a bit of a cliff hanger

Points on a Curve by Diane Nelson

Points on a CurvePoints on a Curve by Diane Nelson
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Although this book was a bit of a slow starter, I did find it quite ejoyable to read. However, I must admit i'm not much of a sport fan so the terminology was lost on me so I did find the book hard to read and understand in places.

The characters had great chemistry when they interacted but unfortunately this was few and far between in the first half of the book, they barely spoke to each other (out loud anyway) so I found the inner monologue and the few "almost" moments a little frustrating. They seemed to show more passion and interest in seducing the food than each other.

When the story finally kicks up a gear, the book was exciting and gripping and the chemistry between the characters really kicked it up a notch. I think this book would of suited a thriller/criminal Investigation novel better than a romance as the book seemed to be split between the two and I found the the Investigation side a lot more exciting than the romance, I found it a shame that this part of the story wasnt really implemented until the second half of the book.

So my totally honest opinion on this book would be that is an excellant thriller which I would recommend to anybody but as a love story...not so much.

I do think that Diane Nelson is an excellant writer and I am looking forward to reading more of her work in the future :)
